- Make one list. Manage everything that must be done using that one list. Ideally, it should be set up the previous day.
- Tackle the most important tasks first each day. That’s when the fewest interruptions occur.
- Create a concentration time. Schedule time to handle top priorities. If it’s not done, the current crisis will push it to the back burner and it will never get the attention it deserves (during work hours).
