August is Happiness Happens Month, a fun “holiday” designated by The Secret Society of Happy People and growing in popularity around the world.
To cheer everyone up in your contact center – today and any day – try these ideas to make more happiness happen:
- Invite everyone to vote for the Happiest Employee and Happiest Customer. Crown them and shower them with gratitude for making work with them enjoyable.
- Host a Happy Expressions Pot Luck Lunch where everyone tells about their happiest moment at the company. Even better, give a prize to the best story teller.
- Pass out Hershey Kisses – because happy people see the silver lining on everything.
