Michele McGovern

Michele has been the editor-in-chief of The Customer Service Advantage newsletter for more than 11 years and has been the managing editor of What’s Working in Sales Management. During her 11-year tenure at PBP she has launched newsletters. Michele is also an editor of the Communications Update e-zine, which is read by more than 147,000 professionals. She graduated with a B.A. from Clarion University and has previously worked as a reporter and editor for newspapers and wire services.
