If you’re avoiding work right now, you might have the “Back to Work Blues” and need these tips on avoiding them.
Whether you start your week in the contact center Monday at 8 a.m. or Thursday at 11 p.m., these tips can ward off the blues:
- Work for the weekend. Work harder the afternoon before your weekend starts to wrap up as much as possible.
- Plan it. Make a list of what needs to be accomplished the next week before you leave for the weekend.
- Reserve the day before work starts for leisure. Run errands and do housework the other day off so you can ease into work again.
- Schedule fun. Plan something fun – great lunch, after hours treat, call to a favorite customer, etc. – for the first day back.
