Talk about your Customer Service, a new study from researchers at CoreData shows. Even better, prove how great it is.
Customer service topped the list of what customers consider most when buying online. Customers also weigh their familiarity with the brand, other customer reviews and cost of delivery. Price was the fifth most important factor, according to the study, which was done in conjunction with GetPrice.
When customers ask for details on your products or services (online or on the phone), follow up your description with information on the customer service perks (perhaps 24-hour care, personalized service, easy return procedures, etc.) that come with them.
