3 ways to prevent cubicle injuries

Work in a cubicle? You’re at risk for these injuries.

Contact center cube work can cause back pain, tense shoulders and poor leg circulation. Your body actually can become fatigued from the cube.

Here’s how to prevent the physical pains of working at a desk in the contact center. Do each several times a day.

  1. Get up and walk for a few minutes up and down a hall or outside.
  2. Stretch your arms over head and tilt back and forth to stretch shoulders and back.
  3. Stand for a few minutes, rocking from toes to heels, heels to toes.
