Once you’ve established it’s a first purchase, call, question or issue, make new customers feel even better about their choice to do business with you by:
- Anticipating problems. Email customers a list of frequently asked questions and solutions to help them get acclimated.
- Staying in touch. Touch base to make sure they’ve received the products, services or help they needed and find out if anything has changed.
- Giving them choices. Let customers know all the different ways you can be reached – online, the phone, in social media, etc. – and the best times to get help.
