- Working with Sales. Have them ask customers to review your products after they buy them.
- Being specific. Direct customers to specific websites where they can write reviews after they’ve complimented products or services to you. Send them links via email or spell out the sites while on the phone.
- Using your best customers. Ask and reward customers who can’t get enough of your products or services to write online reviews. Send them coupons when they post.
