3 try-it-now tactics that lead to better meetings

Whether you meet daily, weekly or monthly, it has to be efficient in a contact center. Ensure better results with these three tips.

Save time and be efficient in meetings and training by:

  • Planning the right length. If you can’t cover everything within an hour, plan two or more sessions. People lose focus after 60 minutes.
  • Posting clear objectives. Make sure everyone agrees with the objective before you meet (that can be through email). “Choose survey method, length and launch date” is much better than  “Discuss survey methods.”
  • Recording assignments and decisions. Assign an agent to send a follow-up email that includes who is responsible for action steps and their deadlines. Also include final decisions and topics people need to be prepared to discuss at the next meeting.
