  • Be on-the-spot. Look for reasons to praise agents while they’re in the act of doing well, setting an example or going above the call of duty. Leaders should walk around daily and make a big deal out of the praise so others see great performance is appreciated and recognized.
  • Make room for leaders. Show employees that you trust and respect them (both major morale boosters) by giving them opportunities to lead. Invite deserving agents to head up training, meetings, projects and cross-departmental efforts.
